He is a professional facilitator and the Director of the Global Talent Centre at the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC), having worked closely to develop over 500 executives and high-potential leaders from 20 countries over two decades.

Jim is an Effectiveness Coach and a Leader Developer. His work facilitating leadership development programs assists leaders to grow the capabilities necessary to create and lead strong, healthy work environments. He has served in leadership roles in the not-for-profit sector for 25 years in Canada and the Middle East. Jim also works in the heart of Toronto as a Marketplace Pastor, helping others discover and live out of their life purpose, and serves on the leadership team of Transformation Canada.
